At DELULU, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection
* Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
* Normal wear and tear
* Improper use or damage caused after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
